34. SAMUEL NORTON, (Isaac,2 Nicholas1), b. 1674; res. E., farmer and trader; rem. Newport, R. I. later to Jamestown, R. I. and Chilmark in which latter place he d. 16 Feb. 1760. He m. CONTENT COGGESHALL, dau. of John and Patience (Throckmorton) Coggeshall of Newport, R. I. who was b. 10 May 1676 and d. 1 Aug. 1739. His will 5 June 1753 was pro. 14 June 1760. [He is buried at Abel's Hill Cemetery.] They had the following named children:
