"In a recent edition of the Globe is quite an extended sketch of Mr. and Mrs Richard Cobb of So. Truro, who are now residing with their son, Mr. Reuben Cobb, in East Boston. He is 84 and his good wife Priscilla is 87. In 1881 they celebrated their golden anniversary and on Dec. 1next they will observe the 60th anniversary of their marriage. The Globe had their likenesses and the picture of their old home under the hill. The account is complimentary to the aged couple." Barnstable Patriot 13 Oct 1891 34
