BETHESDA, Md, July 3\emdash Mrs. Crosby Lincoln Dodsworth of Bethesda and Kirke Higgins of Washington were married here this afternoon by the Rev. Gerald R. Ackerman in St. Andrew's Methodist Church.
Mrs. Higgins is a daughter of Mrs. J. Freeman Lincoln of Washington and Chatham, Mass., and the late Mr. Lincoln, who was an editor of Fortune magazine. The bride is a granddaughter of the late Joseph C. Lincoln, an author of many books including 40 about Cape Cod.
Mr. Higgins is a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Kirk Higgins of Darien, Conn. The bridegroom is a sales representative with Donald Stetson Davis, Georgetown, D.C., commercial and residential realtors.
The couple were attended by Mrs. Ellis Knowles Jr., the bride's sister, and Capt. Michael Higgins, U.S.M.C, the bridegroom's son. Mr. and Mrs. Higgins's previous marriages ended in divorce."
