WELLFLEET - Stewart A. Hall, 75, died July 8 at Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis.
Mr. Hall was born in Wakefield. He attended Boston University, later graduating from Sophia University in Japan. He was a ninth generation of the Hamblen-Hall family of Wellfleet.
A landscaper who also did home maintenance, he was a longtime member and sexton of Wellfleet Congregational Church. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Mr. Hall enjoyed wildlife and animals.
He is survived by his stepmother, Sueko N. Hall of Wellfleet; two sisters, Elizabeth Yamamoto of Saitama, Japan, and Margaret Hall-Conlan of Ridgefield, Conn; five nieces and two nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. July 14 at Wellfleet Congregational Church. Memorial donations may be made to Wellfleet Congregational Church, 200 Main St. Wellfleet, MA 02667.
