Beneath him lies the widow Betsey Snow, died Sept. 12, 1818, aet. 76 yrs."
James Graham was her grandson.
According to town records, Betsey Snow died 12 Sept 1848, age 72.

James' record is badly transcribed, as is his grandmother's. Reading 1818 for 1848 is a typical error, and a birth in 1772 would fits Samuel's birthdate much better than does 1742.
The MD compiled & published Barnstable records do not have Elisabeth's birth or marriage. 16
